站长之家(ChinaZ.com) 12月4日消息:日前电竞平台Smash.GG在其官网表示，网站已经被微软公司全资收购。在声明中，Smash.GG未透露本次收购的价格，但强调他们很高兴加入微软，在现有关系基础上探寻新的发展机会。

官方公布消息如下:
「Since we started in2015， our goal has been to build active esports scenes around the games people love to play. Today we’re excited to take the next step in that journey by joining Microsoft to help strengthen our existing relationships and explore new opportunities. Smash.gg will continue as a self-service esports platform available to tournament organizers from all game communities. If you have any questions about existing tournaments please reach out to hello@smash.gg.
从2015年开始，我们的目标就是围绕人们喜欢玩的游戏创造活跃的电子竞技活动。今天，我们很高兴在这一旅程中迈出下一步，加入微软，协助加强我们现有的关系，探索新的机会。Smash.gg将继续作为一个自助式电子竞技平台，供所有游戏社区的比赛组织者使用。如果你对现有的比赛有任何疑问，请联系hello@smash.gg。」
据Smash.gg官方网站显示，该平台目前支持「超过6000个、横跨各种游戏的活动组织者」。另外提供的软件目前对每个人都是免费的。
本次收购之后，Smash.GG仍将致力于为玩家所喜爱的游戏营造积极活跃的线上电竞平台。
